Ok, so I've never been to the gym before and I start tomorrow, because I want to be in shape. I'm just a little, I'm certainly not the size XXS fat, but just want to be in shape and lose belly fat (handles love, to be precise because I hate are big) and I wonder Does it help me lose weight in my belly? and my thighs Mussely? and if so how long does it take until … I'm going to the gym for two hours and I'll do four days a week.
