How can I control hunger !!!!! I need advice to eat healthily.?

MI medium athletic Guy £ 194 IM 5 '10 "My problem is hunger, I eat a lot, but one or two hours im still hungry and not eating the healthiest foods, or, if that makes me feel hunger so often, Im starting to worry because even if I go to the gym every day I began to push the belly! regardless of efforts to resolve they do not want to leave, will also help if someone throws a few tips on healthy eating for me. Thank you!

I have before had the same problem that was diagnosed as diabetic. Now, you must follow a schedule and eat at the same time each day and allows me to have two snacks. My suggestion to you is to eat little more often then 3 great. It did better in the long run because it keeps your metabolism. Try not buy unhealthy foods. If not around the house, unable to eat, so you can eat healthy foods at home as a last resort. Hope helped;)
