Writing Tips For Young Authors

What are the good story lines young authors? What advice would you give to me?

We have what is called the Youth Authors in our school where we have to write a story. The fact is that I started mine, but there is no way that I can finish before our deadline (March 18) So, does anyone have an idea of a good story? I mean really good. By the way, I am in sixth year, if that helps. Nothing baby-ish or inappropriate. Something right! I love writing to death and I really want to impress my teachers, because all more or less have high expectations for me. I need a good plot truth, nothing too typical or used regularly. All assistance you could give me would be great!

I think writing something on a girl's age would be best. For school this year I wrote two stories about girls my age. It was the best friend a girl is dead, another on a young girl trying to integrate in a school. My teacher loved it. Put a character in a situation that happened to you or if you want to happen. You can write about someone going holiday. Writing good sad stories, too. If you're a good writer and can write a touching story, sad story, I am sure your teacher you want.
